So I completed my armour a while back but I feel like I completed the work to a level for kit clearance (originally MMCC).  I'm at the stage now where I have a bunch of ideas that I'd like to try out.  The first was to add an extra  layer of colour to my armour.  I should have done it at the main painting stage but I didn't have it in mind then. 

As you can see, my armour is cream and I have red accents here and there.  My new concept it to make it look like there is an original coat of red underneath the cream.

I'm doing this with regular acrylic paints and a tiny detail brush. I also have a great rust brown enamel to help with weathering
